School ager with skin stigmata

CXR and MRI of neurofibromatosis type I
CXR shows a posterior mediastinal mass. Coronal and sagittal T1 MRI without contrast of the thoracic spine shows dural ectasia.

The diagnosis was neurofibromatosis type 1.
