Infant with increasing head circumference Axial (above left), coronal (above right) and sagittal (below) T1 MRI with contrast of the brain shows an avidly enhancing round mass that has a frond-like pattern in the third ventricle causing marked dilation of the lateral and third ventricles. The diagnosis was choroid plexus papilloma.
