Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

  • Etiology: small vessel vasculitis
  • MR: vessel wall thickening and enhancement
  • Clinical: most common childhood vasculitis, in 3-15 year old, see skin lesions (palpable purpura which are mandatory for diagnosis), arthralgias, abdominal pain, renal disease
