Pediatric Candida Esophagitis
Etiology: Opportunistic infection in patients with immunocompromise or severe dysmotility such as achalasia or scleroderma
Imaging: Longitudinally oriented linear lesions separated by normal mucosa and small round ulcers on UpperGI
DDX: Esophagitis due to cytomegalovirus, herpes, HIV
Complications:
Treatment:
Clinical: Presents with odynophagia
