Sagittal US of the right kidney (right) shows a suspicious appearing round mass-like lesion in the middle pole of the kidney which upon further scanning (left) was seen to be in continuity with the cortex of the kidney and to have the same echogenicity of the cortex of the remainder of the kidney.
