Cases of Anomalous Osseous Limb
Lateral radiograph of the spine (left) shows a triangular appearing dense object in the soft tissues posterior to the posterior elements of the L5 vertebral body. Sagittal T2 MRI without contrast of the lumbar spine shows that object to have normal bone marrow signal. The position of the conus (not provided) was at L1-L2.
