  • Imaging Radiograph:
    — Best seen on lateral view
    — Most fractures have transverse orientation
    — Fracture fragment displacement is variable so diagnosis is difficult
  • DDX: Variant anatomy
  • Complications:
  • Treatment: None
  • Clinical: Present with coccyx pain
