MRI of diffuse polymicrogyria in a patient with cytomegalovirus encephalitis — Axial T2 MRI without contrast of the brain show thickening and abnormal sulcation of the perirolandic gray matter diffusely bilaterally. There is also evidence of perisylvian fissure syndrome bilaterally.
