- Etiology: congenital
- Imaging: bowing + shortening of both radii with triangulation of distal radial epiphysis = bilateral Madelung deformity due to premature closure of radial growth plate + shortening + bowing of diaphyses
- Clinical: most common mesomelic skeletal dysplasia
