  • Etiology: congenital
  • Imaging: bowing + shortening of both radii with triangulation of distal radial epiphysis = bilateral Madelung deformity due to premature closure of radial growth plate + shortening + bowing of diaphyses
  • Clinical: most common mesomelic skeletal dysplasia
