Pediatric Epididymal Cyst

  • Etiology: Usually of lymphatic origin
  • Imaging US: Single or multiple anechoic lesions which may have septations or may contain debris
  • DDX: Spermatocele, tunica vaginalis cyst, paratesticular abscess, small hydrocele
  • Complications:
  • Treatment:
  • Clinical:
    — Usually present as palpable mass
    — Most common epididymal mass
