Etiology: Ring of mucosa in the gastric antrum
Imaging UpperGI: Smooth thin vertical filling defect leading to narrowing of gastric antrum before the pylorus
DDX:
Complications: Gastric outlet obstruction
Treatment: If symptomatic can be removed endoscopically or surgically
Clinical: Can present with gastric outlet obstruction
