  • Etiology: Lymphatic malformation resulting in bone loss
  • Imaging:
    — Most commonly affects ribs, spine, pelvis, skull, clavicle, mandible
    — Patchy osteopenia
    — Medullary expansion
    — Complete bone resorption

  • Clinical: Associated with lymphatic malformation and chylothorax
