    — Diffuse fatty infiltration of liver
    — Can have focal fat sparing of area of liver
    — Can have focal area of fat infiltration of liver which is most commonly near gallbladder fossa and adjacent to falciform ligament
  • Imaging MRI: In and opposed phase imaging may help differentiate focal fat lesions
