Hunter Syndrome

  • Etiology: Lysosomal storage disorder which has excessive accumulation of mucopolysaccharides secondary to deficiencies in lysosomal hydrolase enzymes responsible for degradation of mucopolysaccharides
  • Imaging Radiograph:
    — Inferior beaking of vertebral bodies leads to gibbus deformity in spine
    — Oar shaped ribs
