Etiology: Idiopathic avascular necrosis of tarsal navicular bone
Imaging Radiograph: Sclerosis and fragmentation of tarsal navicular bone
DDX: Sclerosis and fragmentation of tarsal navicular bone can be normal
Complications:
Treatment:
Clinical: — Presents with pain and tenderness on weight bearing — Usually affects older children — Bilateral in 20%
