Clinical: diagnosis of exclusion, symptoms are temporary, common in teens
Radiology Cases of Mechanical Back Pain
AP, lateral and both oblique radiographs of the lumbar spine are unremarkable and show no evidence of a scotty dog deformity, thus ruling out spondylolysis.
