Radiology Cases of Mycoplasma Pneumonia
CXR PA and lateral shows a faint focal infiltrate in the posterior basilar segment of the right lower lobe, faintly obscuring the right hemidiaphragm on the PA view and causing a faint spine sign over the lowest vertebral body on the lateral view.CXR PA shows a focal infiltrate in the right lower lobe which is faintly obscuring the right hemidiaphragm.CXR AP and lateral show bilateral diffuse bronchial wall thickening and subsequent interstitial infiltrates.CXR AP shows bilateral mild central airway thickening, interstitial infiltrates and lung hyperexpansion.
