CT of pediatric occipital condyle fracture
Coronal CT without contrast of the cervical spine (left) shows a lucent line through the medial aspect of the right occipital condyle. Sagittal CT obtained to the right of midline (right) again shows the lucent line through the right occipital condyle and a small round bone fragment just inferior to the occipital condyle.
