  • Etiology: pancreatic neoplasm
  • Imaging: large, solitary, cystic and solid mass with enhancing septae, usually in pancreatic head
  • Complications: metastases to liver and lymph nodes
  • Clinical: most common pancreatic neoplasm of childhood
