Pediatric Papilloma

  • Etiology: Human papilloma virus 6/11 acquired via birth canal
  • Imaging: Single or multiple masses in larynx or trachea or bronchi
  • DDX:
  • Complications: 5% spread to lungs
  • Treatment:
  • Clinical: Second most common benign pediatric airway tumor
