Etiology: Polyposis syndrome with multiple hamartomatous polyps
Imaging: Small polyps within small bowel
DDX:
Complications: Malignant transformation of polyp is rare, life time cancer risk greater than 90% (pancreas and breast)
Treatment:
Clinical: Skin or mucosal pigmentation
