Pediatric Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

  • Etiology: Polyposis syndrome with multiple hamartomatous polyps
  • Imaging: Small polyps within small bowel
  • DDX:
  • Complications: Malignant transformation of polyp is rare, life time cancer risk greater than 90% (pancreas and breast)
  • Treatment:
  • Clinical: Skin or mucosal pigmentation
