Pseudoarthrosis of Clavicle

  • Etiology: Failure of fusion or union of medial and lateral clavicular ossification centers likely secondary to pressure exerted by subclavian artery
  • Imaging Radiograph:
    — Rounded ends without fracture callus
    — Mainly unilateral on right side except in setting of dextrocardia
  • DDX:
  • Complications: Nonunion of a clavicle fracture
