Etiology: Failure of fusion or union of medial and lateral clavicular ossification centers likely secondary to pressure exerted by subclavian artery
Imaging Radiograph: — Rounded ends without fracture callus — Mainly unilateral on right side except in setting of dextrocardia

CXR AP (above) and bilateral AP radiographs of the clavicles (below) shows bilateral non-union of the clavicles at their midpoints. The non-joined ends of the clavicles are rounded and smooth.
