Pseudoarthrosis of Clavicle

  • Etiology: failure of fusion / union of medial and lateral clavicular ossification centers, likely secondary to pressure exerted by subclavian artery
  • Imaging: rounded ends without fracture callus, mainly unilateral, on right side except in setting of dextrocardia
