Pediatric Pulmonary Herniation

  • Etiology: chest wall defect caused by rib fracture or prior surgery
  • Imaging: pleural covered lung extrudes through chest wall defect, extrusion increases with positive presssure ventilation
  • Treatment: fix chest wall defect
