    — Blunt trauma
    — Bleeding disorders
  • Imaging: Fluid collection in retroperitoneum
  • DDX:
  • Complications: May become infected and become an abscess
  • Treatment:
  • Clinical:
    — Uncommon in children
    — In patients with unexplained hypotension consider retroperitoneal hematoma
