Pediatric Seminal Vesicle Cyst
Etiology: Occurs secondary to obstruction at junction of seminal vesicle and ejaculatory duct — Congenital: Vas deferens agenesis — Acquired: Ectopic insertion of ureter into seminal vesicle or vas deferens or ejaculatory duct or prostatic urethra
Imaging: Cystic structure lateral to bladder

Clinical: Associated with unilateral renal agenesis
Radiology Cases of Seminal Vesicle Cyst
Sagittal US of the left renal fossa (above) demonstrated that no left kidney was present in the left renal fossa or pelvis. Transverse ultrasound of the bladder (below) demonstrated a cystic structure adjacent to the left side of the bladder.
