Pediatric Spondylolisthesis

  • Etiology: if spondylolysis is bilateral, can develop subluxation and spondylolisthesis
  • Imaging: Meyerding classification: Grade I – 0 to 25% slippage, Grade II – 25 to 50%, Grade III – 50 to 75%, Grade IV – 75 to 100%
