Etiology: — Congenital fusion of two or more digits — May be confined to soft tissue or may also involve bone

Radiology Cases of Syndactyly
Radiograph of the hands shows bilateral fusion of the soft tissues of the third and fourth digits. In the right hand there is fusion of the distal third and fourth phalanges. There are extra phalanges in the left fourth digit which are fused to their counterparts distally and proximally.
