Etiology: Tamm-Horsfall proteins are physiologically excreted by the renal tubular epithelium
Imaging US: Concentrated Tamm-Horsfall proteins in renal pyramids may mimic nonobstructing renal stones
DDX: Renal stones, nephrocalcinosis

Treatment:
Clinical: Commonly seen on neonatal renal ultrasound and resolve by the end of the neonatal period
