  • Etiology: Loop of bowel or part of omentum herniates into umbilicus
  • Imaging AXR: Midline circular density in abdomen
  • Imaging US: Loop of bowel or part of omenum within the umbilicus
  • DDX:
  • Complications: Can cause bowel obstruction and incarceration
  • Treatment: Immediate manual reduction and ultimately surgical correction
