Teenager with leg pain AP radiographs of the hip (right), knee (center) and bilateral tibiae and fibulae show symmetrical undertubulation of the right femur and bilateral tibiae manifested as densely enlarged diametaphyses in the femur and tibiae. The diagnosis was Camurati-Englemann disease.
