CXR AP (left) shows widened ribs which are narrowed at the costovertebral junction (oar-shaped). Lateral radiograph of the spine (right) shows anterior beaking of the inferior aspect of the L3 vertebral body.

The diagnosis was Mucopolysaccharidoses Type I / Hurler syndrome.
