Coronal (above left) and sagittal (above right) CT with contrast of the chest obtained on the first day of life show an oval low density lesion superior to the right kidney. Coronal (below left) and sagittal (below right) CT with contrast of the abdomen obtained 5 weeks later show an increase in the size of the lesion superior to the right kidney.

The diagnosis was neuroblastoma.
