Newborn with an anterior abdominal wall defect on prenatal US

CXR of omphalocele
CXR AP shows a large round sac-like object projecting over and beyond (and therefore outside of) the right side of the abdomen which contains multiple loops of bowel. The stomach is in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen.

The diagnosis was omphalocele.
