Radiograph of ischiopubic synchondrosis asymmetry
AP radiograph of the pelvis shows a normally fused right ischiopubic synchrondrosis while the left ischiopubic synchondrosis is asymmetrically enlarged in appearance.

The diagnosis was ischiopubic synchondrois asymmetry on the left side.
