AP (left) and lateral (right) radiographs of the lower extremities show in the tibial diaphysis multiple and too numerous to count eccentric expansile lucent lesions with bubbly and sclerotic borders which are without periosteal reaction.

The diagnosis was osteofibrous dysplasia.
