AP (left), oblique (middle) and lateral (right) radiographs of the elbow show a fracture line through the capitellum which is displaced anteriorly and superiorly along the humerus which is best shown on the lateral radiograph, which also shows elevation of the anterior and posterior fat pads of the elbow.
