School ager with torticollis since birth AP radiograph of the cervical spine shows multiple segmentation anomalies including vertebral body fusion and hemivertebrae of the cervical spine and upper thoracic spine. The diagnosis was Klippel-Feil syndrome and vertebral body anomaly.
