School ager with an acutely enlarged right scrotum

US of hydrocele
Sagittal US of the left scrotum (above) is unremarkable while sagittal US of the right scrotum (below) shows a large anechoic fluid collection surrounding the right testicle.

The diagnosis was right hydrocele.
