Newborn with ambiguous genitalia Sagittal (above) and transverse (below) US of the kidneys shows enlarged hypoechoic lesions superior to the kidneys which have a triangular shape on sagittal images and a cerebriform shape on transverse images. The diagnosis was congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
