Clinical image (left) shows the umbilical stump superiorly and inferior to it is an anterior abdominal wall defect with bladder and cecum herniated through it. Clinical image (right) also shows the skin covered spinal dysraphic defect posteriorly.

The diagnosis was cloacal exstrophy.
