MRI of congenital lymphocytic choriomeningitis
Axial gradient echo MRI of the brain (above) show bilateral posterior periventricular punctate hypodensities felt to represent calcifications. Axial FLAIR MRI (below) show areas of patchy increased signal bilaterally in the periventricular white matter and in the subcortical white matter.

The diagnosis was congenital lymphocytic choriomeningitis.
