CT of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma
CT without contrast of the brain shows a large heterogenous mass in the anterior right hemisphere that has faint linear calcifications, a marked amount of surrounding edema, and mass effect to the left.

The diagnosis was pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma.
