Spine radiograph of diastrophic dysplasia
AP radiograph of the thoracic and lumbar spine shows a mild thoracic scoliosis convex right and progressive narrowing of the distance between the pedicles descending through the lumbar spine (interpediculate narrowing).

The diagnosis was diastrophic dysplasia.
