CXR of right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery in a patient with ventricular septal defect — CXR AP shows a right-sided aortic arch, cardiomegaly, and marked pulmonary vascular congestion.

The diagnosis was right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery in a patient with ventricular septal defect.
