AP radiograph of the feet (above) shows irregular deformity and shortening of the metatarsal bones. Crescent-shaped flattened epiphyses are present. Forefoot varus, hindfoot varus and hindfoot equinus (below) are also present.

The diagnosis was diastrophic dysplasia and clubfoot.
