IVP of congenital megacalyces
Excretory phase image from a vintage intravenous pyelogram exam shows bilaterally enlarged and flattened calyces which also appear to be increased in number. The renal pelvises bilaterally are normal in appearance.

The diagnosis was congenital megacalyces.
