MRI of Guillain-Barre syndrome
Sagittal (left and middle) and axial (right) T1 MRI with contrast of the lumbar spine shows diffuse enhancement of the anterior and posterior nerve roots of the cauda equina.

The diagnosis was Guillain-Barre syndrome.
