Axial CT with contrast of the abdomen shows a large non-calcified low density abdominal mass arising from the right adrenal gland which crosses the midline (above) and displaces the right kidney laterally (middle) and inferiorly (below).
The diagnosis was neuroblastoma arising from the right adrenal gland.
