Newborn with cardiomegaly on prenatal ultrasound

CXR of congenital dilated cardiomyopathy
CXR AP shows cardiomegaly with normal pulmonary vascularity. The umbilical venous catheter tip projects over the right atrium.

The diagnosis was congenital dilated cardiomyopathy with high malposition of the umbilical venous catheter.
