Coronal (left) and left sagittal (right) US of the brain shows the left-sided choroid plexus in the left lateral ventricle to be abnormally enlarged, irregular in contour and heterogenous in appearance when compared to the normal right-sided choroid plexus in the right lateral ventricle.
